Processing Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
QVEXA products are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $25: $5.99 flat-rate shipping
- Orders $25 and over: Free shipping
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 24 hours before contacting us — occasional carrier delays do happen. If the issue persists, reach out at hello@theqvexa.com and we'll work to resolve it quickly.
